What this site is. Wooden Yacht For Sale (woodenyachtforsale.com) is a specialist maritime brand under Juara Holding Group: a guide and listing-request desk for wooden yachts. The site publishes no stock list of its own. We are not a surveyor, notary, bank, or insurer, and we are not a government body, port authority, customs office, or classification society.
Prices. Every price here is an asking price quoted as published by a third party, with its URL, currency, and the month we checked it. Prices change without notice, exclude survey, delivery, registration, and tax, and are never a valuation. We do not confirm that a listing is still available.
Regulation and survey. Statements about Indonesian ownership, flag, customs, tax, and documents are summaries of public sources, each marked verified or not. They are not legal advice. Consult a licensed Indonesian maritime lawyer, a notary, and a third-party marine surveyor before paying a deposit.
Fees and contracts. Brokerage, central agency, charter marketing, and commercial representation contracts are issued by PT Komodo Bahari Nusantara. Construction, repair, refit, and vessel-sale contracts are issued by PT Komodo Galangan Nusantara. Boat-management contracts are issued by PT Komodo Vessel Management. The site itself is not a contracting party. Any fee and who pays it are stated in writing before you agree to anything, and we have a commercial interest in sales that come through the desk.
